Shipping Policy

Houston Custom Gifts ships eligible personalized products within the United States. Shipping availability, production time and carrier delivery time can vary by product type, order quantity, artwork readiness and destination.

Business Hours

Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.

Standard Production Time

Standard production time is typically 24 hours after complete order details, personalization information and usable artwork are received. If a proof or clarification is required, production time begins after approval or confirmation.

Bulk Order Production Time

Bulk orders are typically produced within 72 hours after product details, quantity, artwork, personalization information and any required approvals are complete. Larger or complex projects may require additional confirmation.

Rush Orders

Rush service is available for eligible orders when product type, artwork readiness and production schedule allow. Rush orders include a 20% rush fee, with a minimum rush fee of $10. Please contact us before placing a time-sensitive order.

Nationwide Shipping

Nationwide shipping may be available for eligible products. Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless a specific service has been confirmed in writing.

Houston-Area Delivery

Houston-area delivery may be available within a 15-mile range for eligible orders. Delivery availability depends on product type, order size, destination and schedule. Please contact us before ordering if local delivery is required.
