Local Pickup Policy

Local pickup may be available for eligible Houston-area orders. Pickup is appointment-only and requires confirmation before arrival.

Business Hours

Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.

Ready for Pickup Confirmation

Please wait until you receive a Ready for Pickup message before coming to pick up your order. Do not arrive before pickup is confirmed.

Pickup Appointment

Pickup is by appointment only. Pickup time and pickup instructions will be confirmed after your order is complete and ready.

Pickup Holding Period

Completed pickup orders are held for 3 days after the Ready for Pickup confirmation unless another arrangement is approved in writing.

Production Time

Standard production time is typically 24 hours after complete order details and usable artwork are received. Bulk orders are typically 72 hours after complete details and approvals are received.

Rush Orders

Rush service is available for eligible orders when schedule and product type allow. Rush orders include a 20% rush fee, with a minimum rush fee of $10. Please contact us before ordering if you need a specific pickup date.

Houston-Area Delivery

Houston-area delivery may be available within a 15-mile range for eligible orders. Delivery must be confirmed before purchase for time-sensitive orders.
