Because many Houston Custom Gifts products are personalized, customized items are generally not eligible for return or cancellation for personal preference after production begins.
Customized Products
Personalized items may include names, dates, messages, photos, logos, artwork or other custom details. Please review all spelling, dates, files and personalization details before submitting your order.
Customer Input Errors
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of submitted names, dates, text, photos, logos and artwork. If customer-provided information is incorrect, the order may not be eligible for refund or remake unless Houston Custom Gifts made the production error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or was made incorrectly by Houston Custom Gifts, please contact us with photos and order details as soon as possible. Eligible issues may be resolved with a remake, replacement or refund depending on the order and issue.
Rush Orders
Rush fees are charged for expedited production handling and may not be refundable once rush production begins.
Bulk Orders
Bulk and corporate orders may have order-specific approval, proof, deposit or cancellation terms. These should be confirmed before production begins.
