Bulk Order Policy

Bulk custom orders can include corporate gifts, event gifts, school gifts, church gifts, realtor gifts and other group projects.

Bulk Production Time

Bulk orders are typically produced within 72 hours after product details, quantity, artwork, personalization information and any required approvals are complete. Larger or complex projects may require additional confirmation.

Standard Production Time

For non-bulk personalized orders, standard production time is typically 24 hours after complete order details and usable artwork are received.

Quotes and Pricing

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee pricing, delivery, rush availability or production timing. A quote should be confirmed before the order moves forward.

Rush Bulk Orders

Rush service may be available for eligible bulk orders when schedule, quantity and product type allow. Rush orders include a 20% rush fee, with a minimum rush fee of $10.

Proofs and Personalization

Customer-provided names, dates, logos, artwork and files must be accurate. Production timing may depend on proof approval or clarification requests.

Pickup, Shipping or Delivery

Bulk orders may require local pickup, nationwide shipping, special packing or Houston-area delivery within a 15-mile range depending on size, timing and destination.

Draft Order Process

For corporate and bulk projects, we may prepare a Shopify draft order or invoice after confirming product, quantity, timeline, artwork and pickup or shipping needs.
