Personalization Policy

Houston Custom Gifts creates personalized products using customer-provided text, names, dates, photos, logos, artwork and order instructions.

Review Before Submitting

Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, dates, photos, logos, artwork quality and personalization details before submitting an order.

Artwork and File Quality

Low-resolution photos, blurry logos or incomplete artwork may affect final results. We may contact customers for clarification or better files when needed.

Proofs

Digital proofs may be provided for logo orders, bulk orders, complex artwork or projects that require layout confirmation. Production may begin after proof approval when a proof is required.

Production Time

Standard production time is typically 24 hours after complete personalization details and usable artwork are received. Bulk orders are typically 72 hours after complete details and approvals are received.

Preview and Final Placement

Online previews, mockups or proofs are visual representations. Final size, color and placement may vary slightly based on product shape, material and production method.

Customer Input Errors

If customer-provided information is incorrect, the order may not be eligible for refund or remake unless Houston Custom Gifts made the production error.
